I began my second batch of brew on 11/28/2009. It was a wonderful way to spend an eveing: surrounded by the smells of the malt, hops and yeast, eating turkey and drinking homebrew from the last batch.
This time I’m going for an imperial-style IPA. AThe starting specific gravity was 1.063, but I think I misread it. We’ll have to see how it comes out.
