Well, I’m trying to figure out what kind of beer to brew next. I have done an IPA, two stouts and a Holiday (honey, orange, cinnamon, etc) and am not sure if I should go for the red (which I would like to have around for St. Patrick’s Day) or another IPA (I drank the last one last night). Any suggestions from out there in the interwebs?

I would LOVE to try your version of a hefeweizen! I love the lighter beer and so does the boyfriend. And after a tasting, I might have and interest in ordering a keg sometime. Is that service available yet?

I’m pretty sure a Red would be awesome. What about a red with hints of vanilla or cloves? Even a plain red… my vote is… guess what? RED.

Well, Ian wants a mead which can take up to 6 months to fully ferment. I have also gotten a couple other replies for a hefeweizen. Kate and I have been trying to plan out some possibilities.
